This site is owned and operated by the Dream Makers Crowdfunding Platform.

By using this site, you indicate that you have read and understood the terms of use and that you agree to abide by them at all times.

Intellectual property

All content published and made available on this site is the property of Dream Makers Socio-Financing Platform and its creators. That includes, but is not limited to, images, texts, logos, documents, downloadable files and everything that contributes to the composition of this site. Additionally, all photos, videos, logos, and text on the crowdfunding campaign pages, are the property of the user who allows the Dream Makers platform to use them to promote the campaign page.

Age restrictions

The minimum age to use this site is 18. Users agree that by using our site, they are over 18. We assume no legal responsibility for misrepresentation of age. However, the user must provide identification such as a driver’s license or passport for the actual identity of the person behind the business or prospective business.

Acceptable Use

As a user, you agree to use our site lawfully and not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, namely:

– Harass or abuse other users of the site;

– Violate the rights of other users of the site;

– Violate the intellectual property rights of the site owners or any third party to the site;

– Hack into the account of another user of the site;

– Act in any manner that could be considered fraudulent;

– Participate in any illegal activity on the site;

– Post any material that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive;

– Transmit computer viruses that may affect other users and the platform.

If we believe that you are using this site illegally or in a manner that violates the above acceptable terms of use, we reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to this site. We also reserve the right to take legal action to prevent you from accessing our site.

User Contributions

Users may post the following information on our site:

– Products/services/awards to promote;

– Text;

– Photos;

– Video links;

– Public comments;

– Campaign update;

– Users make a social funding campaign on the Dream Makers platform website. Contributors encourage the user with a contribution or by purchasing a product, service or reward.

By posting publicly on our site, the user agrees not to act illegally or violate the acceptable terms of use listed in this document.


When you create an account on our site, you agree that:

1. that you are solely responsible for your account and the security and confidentiality of your account, including any passwords or sensitive information attached to that account unless you have signed a third-party power of attorney, and

2. that all Personal Information you provide to us through your account is current, accurate and truthful and that you will update your Personal Information if it changes, whether by the user or third-party proxy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you or the third party use our site illegally or if you or the third party violate the acceptable use policy.

Sales of Goods and Services

This document governs the sale of goods made available on our site.

The services we offer include the following:

– Hosting of projects for a crowdfunding campaign.

The services related to this document are the services that are posted on our site at the time you access it. Any information, descriptions or images we provide about our services are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions or shots because we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every service we provide. Therefore, you agree to use our services at your own risk.

Sold by Third Parties

Our site may offer goods from third-party companies. However, we cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods made available by third parties on our site.

Sold by users

Our site allows users to sell goods. Although we allow users to sell goods on our site, we take no responsibility for those goods. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of products sold by our users on our site. However, suppose we become aware that a user is violating our standards of acceptable use. In that case, we reserve the right to suspend or prohibit the user from selling products or services on our site.


We accept the following payment methods on this site:

– Users of the site are project holders who use the platform to promote their crowdfunding campaign.

– The cost of using the platform to promote their campaign is a 10% administration fee of the total amount of the campaign’s financial goal reached plus applicable taxes.

– The Stripe service provider’s fee of 2.9% + $0.30, according to their agreement, must be added.

– The user, who comes from a country where Dream Makers needs to transfer the funds through another payment provider, will be notified by email of the payment provider for the transfer to his bank account or mobile application. A fee will be added depending on the provider used by the Dream Makers platform to transfer these funds to your account.

When you provide us with your payment information, you confirm that you have authorized the use of and access to the payment instrument you chose. In addition, by providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you permit us to charge the amount due to that Payment Instrument.

If we believe that your payment has violated any law or our terms of use, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction. 

Use of the contributor/donor

– The backer/donor is the one who encourages the promoter, project owner, to realize the business project;

– The backer/donor can donate to the project by the payment method prescribed on the Dream Makers website; note that a donation is not refundable;

– The backer/donor can acquire a product, service or reward from the promoter or project owner by using the payment method prescribed on the Dream Makers Crowdfunding Platform website;

– The Dream Makers Crowdfunding Platform is not responsible for the projects on the platform. However, all accepted projects are reviewed by the Dream Makers committee;

– All donations or purchases of the chosen project are at the risk of the backer;

– The currency used on the platform is American.

– Physical products are sold and delivered by the user of the site. The person in charge of the distribution and delivery of the products is the promoter, the project owner.

Limitation of liability

Dream Makers Crowdfunding Platform or one of its employees, collaborators and partners will be held responsible for any problem arising from this site. Nevertheless, Dream Makers Crowdfunding Platform and its employees, collaborators and partners will not be held responsible for any problem arising from any irregular use of this site.


As a user, you hereby indemnify Dream Makers Crowdfunding Platform from any liability, costs, causes of action, damages or expenses arising from your use of this site or your violation of any of the provisions set forth herein.

Governing Law

This document is subject to the applicable laws of Canada, Province of Quebec and is intended to comply with its necessary rules and regulations.


Suppose any provisions outlined in this document are inconsistent with or invalid under applicable law. In that case, such provisions shall be deemed void and removed from this document. However, all other provisions shall not be affected by such laws, and the remainder of this document shall continue to be considered valid.

In the event of death

The user’s death terminates the agreement as soon as it is brought to the attention of the Dream Makers Crowdfunding Platform. If the user has a partner in his company, he will have to present his signed partnership agreement, and he will be able to continue the campaign. The user is alone in his business; contributions will be refunded to the backers unless the donated funds have already been spent on the business project.


These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to how we operate our site and how we expect users to behave. Accordingly, we recommend that our users check these terms and conditions from time to time to ensure that they are aware of any updates. If necessary, we will notify users by email of changes to these terms and conditions or post a notice on our site.
